Stanwood, Washington

My little 2 yr old daughter and I jumped on a plane last Monday to go visit my aunts and grandma in Seattle. One of my aunts dropped me off at this is a splendid little cottage and garden looking towards one of their many bays - I believe it is Skagit Bay, although I will ask her to confirm. I started the painting in complete sunshine and ended it with the first drop of rain on my nose.
