The first cool morning of the fall and I took the opportunity to drive into the foothills. Besides the perfect air and ridiculous view my highlight was a 4 point buck that walked up on me. He didn't even notice me until he was about 10 yards away. He was looking at my easel and slowly looked up and we locked eyes. He instantly jumped about 10 feet in the other direction. Hilarious. — at Mountain Drive.
