The wind picked up on the second day of this piece. It was intense for a a few hours there. It eventually picked up my easel and would have cast it down the beach but I was holding on to the top while I was painting. Unfortunately gusts started to come that where too big to handle and my easel was crushing under the pressure. There was nothing left to do but get the painting to the car before too much debris embeded itself. When I grabbed the painting my pallet, which was taped down, flew off down the beach with the $40 worth of paint on it, bummer. Needles to say I finished this in the studio while the wind blew for another few days.
Come see this painting along with a few other gems at my
