Minden Morning, Nevada

I am up visiting my father for a few days in Minden, Nevada. This view is just a short walk from his house. It was real treat to be painting in a totally different landscape. The huge granite dotted mountains and the multi-colored chaparral where very inspiring. I could do many paintings from this spot.
