I made this painting about a year ago, when I was first starting to paint at night. My Mom was living in the house at the time and I had my studio in the back detached garage. Inside the house is one of my older abstract paintings on the wall, and inside the studio I painted myself in working on a painting. Even though this piece is very dark, when illuminated properly indoors it is very accurate to what you see in the moonlight.
