While I was painting this a tourist told me their guide book said this was the most beautiful building in California. I live right down the street from here so I always walking by and often painting. This section really reminds me of a Morrish Castle with the high windows and lack of a door. Just as cool is that huge tree in front. Which leads us to the star of our show, the purple shadow of the tree, on the building.
