I was finally able to relax on this trip and really finish a painting out here. This is a view looking up towards Hurricane Deck. We had just done a nice hike along the Deck down into Lost Valley. A little bit overgrown but a manageable trial. A lot of people have warned us over the years that the trail was too tough and that you would have to crawl on your hand and knees for miles. We realize now that all those people had never actually done the trail themselves otherwise they would not have given such faulty reports. Never trust any advice unless its straight from the horses mouth.
I was back in that area last week and saw your name signed in at the top of white ledge canyon. . .
