Apparently they are going to fix this place up. I am glad I got to paint it a few times with most the windows boarded up. Sometimes I wonder what a little imagination in city planning would of made this area down here. Why aren't there cafes and a big square leading to the wharf? Do we really need to drive on State Street and Cabrillo? I say no.
