I made this in the morning just before it started to rain. There was just a little wind and it was warm for the morning. The cloud cover and the warm light coming through in patches was quite pleasant and made me feel hopeful about the coming day. Which was good because we had a hell of a time putting our kayaks in the surging ocean a few hours later. Two of our buddies turned over and I was swung under the landing for few moments. The rise and fall of emotions was very invigorating.
