This is a view from Alston Road, which connects Alameda Padre Serra(APS) with Montecito. Most of the good views from the Riviera and the foothills are blocked by trees and houses. This is the one spot that isn't b/c the "buildable" lot for sale probably isn't as its on a 45 degree slope.
