I love the winter in Santa Barbara because we actually have some interesting clouds. The rest of the year it is pretty clear which is nice but painters can use a little drama in the sky every once in a while. I should hit up the east coast for a rainy season so I can get all my practice in. Maybe a few weeks would be enough.
