I made this painting before I made the big one that I posted earlier of the front of the Santa Barbara Courthouse. It truly is an amazing structure. Its great how they light it up at night. Something you might not of noticed is that they slowly change the lighting throughout the night. When I was preparing this photo for the web this detail below struck me as beautiful in itself.
