I am lucky to be able to spend so much time at our beautiful beaches. I am always surprised how few people are there, even on a perfect afternoon.

12/11/12 - they are removing the Miramar Structures so no more original plein air paintings from here.

    That's a good painting at a great price. You earned it 10x over ;)

    There should be someone in that neighborhood that would love it.

    The question is how to match up the buyer to the painting?!
