I just got back from a 5 day backpacking trip in the San Rafael and Dick Smith Wilderness. It was pretty hot and dry back there so I was looking forward to a nice morning at Butterfly Beach socked in with the lovely marine layer. It was cool, pleasant and moist. I met quite a few cool people that have a real nostalgia for this place. After spending several days here this past year I am starting to feel the same way.
