It was an amazing day this past Friday and on a whim I agreed to dropped off up near the top of Gibraltar Road at around 2:00 in the afternoon. I was expecting it to be hot so I brought my new umbrella that attaches to my easel, sunscreen, and plenty of water. After about an hour and a half up there I was ready to cry mercy, man, it was hot. Not to mention being there at the wrong time of day. Next time I will search around for some shade and bring a lot more water.
