I grew up right near here but this is the first time I have painted out here since I have really learned how. Its nice to see it with an artist's eye. I enjoyed it just as much when I was 13 but in a different way. I made this last Fri in between the January storms. I feel lucky to have been there. - So did all the surfers you can see.
