I am drawn to the ocean and its hard for me to not paint it, if its anywhere in view. Someone asked me to make this specific view for a long time Goletian who I grew up with. Even though I wasn't painting the ocean I was standing right above it in the refuge of these overhanging Eucalyptus trees.
